Hope you found everything you all needed, sorry we couldn't play host. Re: BRR-SCCA College Challenge Auto-X: Oct. 20th @ Verona - davej - 10-21-2013 didn't make it down there till about 3 with the boy and dog, but still got to see Gerald run his Cayman and Jake kill it in Pierce's 135 in fun runs. That little Fiat look like a ton of fun, and Adam, your scooby is damn quick. Was impressed with the turn out, and everyone seemed to have had a good time. Re: BRR-SCCA College Challenge Auto-X: Oct. 20th @ Verona - JustinG - 10-21-2013 I had trouble getting into the safe. But other than that, Thanks again! Forester did well, with mediocre summers and running way too low tire pressure, I am happy with breaking into the 59s. Good job to the noobs, and to Adam Lee for his powerslide of awesomness. I kinda wish I had been competing, but wow, what a turnout for MM. Glad I made the trip down to meet some current students and I had a great time riding along and giving some advice! Everyone seemed really enthusiastic about competing, which is pretty awesome. Re: BRR-SCCA College Challenge Auto-X: Oct. 20th @ Verona - BFisch06 - 10-21-2013 For those that don't know, last year's College Challenge was my first autocross. I've certainly come a long way since then. A big thanks to MM members far and wide for getting me out on course and improving my skills.*insertusernamehere* Wrote:This was fun! Can't wait to get my car out there No problem - more than happy to offer what I've learned in the past year. If you show up to any other events I'll jump in your car or we can even chat during the course walk through. FYI: November 3rd at Roanoke Civic Center is a charity event and BRR's last until next spring. Re: BRR-SCCA College Challenge Auto-X: Oct. 20th @ Verona - G.Irish - 10-21-2013 Good times, turnout was great and glad I got to meet some people. I might have to make it out to more of the Verona events. Man I'm glad I came out but I feel like I need to wear a cone of shame after that performance. I need to go on a crash diet of autocrossing to get back in the game. AND I got a fucking speeding ticket on the way there. Re: BRR-SCCA College Challenge Auto-X: Oct. 20th @ Verona - NTIman - 10-21-2013 G.Irish Wrote:Good times, turnout was great and glad I got to meet some people.
