Sorry kaan, I'm on the road and don't have the schedule but Saturday night probably around 6 for the start
EDIT: it starts at 7pm and ends at 9pm according to the website and it dropped from 10 to 9 team spots left in the past few hours so I would say we should definatley pre-register.

Yeah, I booked a room at the Hampton Inn off Rte. 7 which I think is the same hotel that you workers are staying at.

Dj probably has to be next to grid as announcer plus us grid workers enjoy have people to talk to when we arn't gridding. If you guys arn't there, what do we do

I've picked up a big 30 pack of hamburgers from Walmart already. So if you all haven't already gotten the burgers I have plenty. Just didn't want us to have too much left over.

I cant do the pavement, but I can definitely do the grass next to where Jeff Curtis usually parks (he wont be there for this event so maybe we can all park there?).

Anyone bringing a laptop with them, I only have a 4GB card that will fill up fast w/goPro footage (want to be able to download footage). If anyone wants to borrow it for some sessions let me know.

It'd be great to have a GoPro film of one session. I can bring my laptop and card reader.
