Had a blast guys, thanks for a great cruise and thanks to Jeff for opening his beautiful home to a bunch of clumsy college kids.

Highlights of the day were definitely hearing Ryan open up his can of whoopass on that poor tunnel, having the kamakazi-bimmer-hating deer wait for my car to jump out in the road, watching Cabell scale a rock face to go pee and getting stuck in the rain, and hittin the rev limiter a few times. Big Grin

I was initially bummed that I would be coming from NoVA and not able to drive on Skyline. Well... I decided to leave early and get on at Front Royal, drive south, and hopefully find the MM crew.

Just as I was about to turn around, I stopped at an overlook to take some pix of some intense black storm clouds over the valley. I snapped my pictures, and heard a low rumble approaching. No, it wasn't the impending storm. It was the glorious sound of 7862345 cylinders of MM fury coming through the tunnel and around the bend, to the overlook.

And then it rained. Briefly.

BIG thanks to Jeff and Anne for letting us use/abuse their house, and for kicking in some of the food costs. Hopefully this will become an annual-type event now that years 1 and 2 went off well. I had a great time hanging out all day, and thanks to all of you for making my birfday (aka today) really great.

Had an absolutely great time today! Weather provided interesting and surreal driving experience! Big thanks to Jeff and Anne for letting us use their place!! Props to Jeff for trying to pawn off all kinds of trinkets for the right price, haha! Overall very happy we had an accident free/not being lost time!! Looking forward to some great pics from everyone!

Samantha took several pictures from my car of you guys behind us. Usually can't see past the VW because of a certain CRX's inability to climb hills Wink

Amen, this weekend's cruise was on point!-Highlights included the almost homocide of a deer and the sweet tunnel experience-oh and the nice Jaguar that we passd! Thanks to Jeff for feeding our gang!
