i managed a 4:1 and then maybe 1.1:1 for the rest of those games, but 1.1 is not fun for me... especially when people are jumping all over the screen. literally a dozen times i would pass an enemy in a hallway... facing each other... then we'd turn around, attempt to locate one another, and have a lagged out knifing/pistol battle.

I played with a bunch of guys on the PS3 network and it was even worse last night. I went 3-17 on one game which never happens for me. Literally I would die before someone would pop into my line of site. That's definitely no fun, I hear you on that.

Did you know that when you enter the first multiplayer screen for COD:BO you can check your connection? Go into options and then push the "Select" triangular button (I think it's select, it's the one to the left of your XBOX button on your controller). The best I ever max out at is 10000 kb/s which is when I basically play lag free (minus one or two shitty hosts here and there). If that number is anything lower I'll log out and log back in again.

That reminds me. For my first 6-7 matches last night, I kept getting thrown into ones that were already in progress. Of course that means I join a team that is generally outmatched and outnumbered. It took me like 6 partial matches just to get the 8k XP I needed to promote to 47.
It's pretty much guaranteed you're gonna lose and if you quit, it counts as a loss... so you're fucked no matter what. They shouldn't do it.

I don't really care much about win / loss ratios unless I was playing in a competitive league of some kind. The nature of that type of gameplay is that you get matched with randoms so I don't think many people take win / loss ratios that seriously. Especially with the kind of f'ed up unbalanced matchmaking that Treyarch seems to think is fine. K/Ds is the important stat to track how you're improving.

You don't give yourself enough credit man, I've played in games with you where you were 2+. Honestly, I'd say probably 80% of the higher prestiges that I play against are no better than the 1st and 2nd levels . That's the thing about CoD that is wack, your level is tied simply to how much you play the game. It doesn't necessarily mean you are good. As much as people got pissed about losing levels in the original Halos, it really made matchmaking a better experience and you could tell who the truly good players were vs the kids who play every spare second of their lives.

Actually, check out matches 6-10... I was like 0.3 or something. The last couple I was 1.5-2.0, so it really just depends. I think I'd rather be consistently 1.0-1.1 instead of the wild swings I get. When you guys have a bad day, you go 12-10. When I have a bad day, I go 5-15. I'm surprised I haven't broken a controller yet. :mrgreen:

There is also a "limited time engagement" game type called "Nuketown 24/7" which is all the different game types on Nuketown only. :thumbup:

Took full advantage of that double exp weekend even though I was playing like garbage yesterday. 4th prestige level 25 something I think when i went to bed last night. Up from 3rd level prestige 35ish
All time TDM K/D I think is at 1.55 now. With the other gametypes averaged in I'm below 1.5 though
