How many people are in your league? The first year I ever played fantasy I was in a 12 team league with 2 starting QBs and it really sucked.
2 keepers is interesting...we tried to do a 1 person keeper but we had a few people drop out from last year and we didn't think it was fair for the newbies to have to absorb someone else's team and choose a keeper. If everyone sticks around next year we'll probably do 1 keeper (with the power ranking of your keeper dictating your draft order), just because it makes the draft that much more interesting.
I think we have it down to a science...10 teams with 1 QB is perfect because everyone gets a competitive team.

12 team league, and all of us have been friends since college, so I doubt this will dissolve anytime soon. My team is garbage, had the 11th pick in the 1st round, strategy was to snag up a descent QB, when it got to me, Matt Schaub was the best QB left.

Assuming no injuries, Rodgers, Rivers and Brady are pretty much always sure bets. Brees is great but can be hit or miss week to week.

Never again will I start the Chiefs D over the Bears. Regardless of the matchup.
Oh, and my RBs scored a grand total of 3points COMBINED and my kicker was knocked out for the season with a torn ACL on his very first kickoff of the season. Sweet!!

i have a dream team due to keeping vick in the 5th round and arian foster in the 4th from last year. i pulled out a win with the highest points of anyone this week, but... without some big names:
arian foster - 0
chris johnson - 4
and my kicker only got me 1.
so assuming those three ever produce, it's gonna be a nice season for me.
