- MadFrog - 08-07-2007 please, not everybody answer at once... - .RJ - 08-08-2007 In for crashing at Tara's. - G.Irish - 08-08-2007 Whoops, didn't see this. Confirmed for crashing at Tara's  - Ginger - 08-08-2007 Out - totally didn't realize that's my girlfriend's birthday party. - MadFrog - 08-08-2007 so that's 3 of us so far, plus my neighbor. Does anybody know if dragon is coming or not? - .RJ - 08-08-2007 Matt's bike is busted and he's still gimpy - MadFrog - 08-08-2007 ok then, I'll tell Tara that there will be 4 of us showing up them. I am today getting the tickets for myself, and for Tara and her boyfriend. We'll settle up at the track. I also plan on buying them dinner saturday night. - .RJ - 08-08-2007 She's got a grill... I vote for picking up some steaks and beer after we leave the track. - MadFrog - 08-08-2007 sounds good to me. We can pick up groceries and i'll cook. I'll try not to include any pieces of my flesh in the food.
- .RJ - 08-08-2007 Alright... the french guy can cook, and the rest of us will drink and heckle
- MadFrog - 08-09-2007 tickets bought. you guys owe me $30 each for the tickets. Tara has an inflatable queen size mattress that will sleep 2. she also has a couch (not fold out) that will sleep one. then a love seat that will sleep a midget. No, I'm not quite that short, so STFU. ![]() so we need to see who gets to sleep on the floor, or we need to bring an air mattress or something. She has blankets enough for 3 I think, so maybe a sleeping bag. we don't need to bring towels and stuff, she's got some. that's all I got so far. Oh yeah, and I told my neighbor that he is now the official luggage bitch of the group since he just bought a brand-new HD street glider.

I was thinking about stopping by saturday, but not so excited about it for $50. :? On the fence. Can I sneak in in the back of somebody's truck? - MadFrog - 08-09-2007 no. we (the 4 of us) are buying our hosts tickets to the event as thanks for letting stay at their appartment. the tickets are actually $65 for the 3 days. - BLINGMW - 08-09-2007 right on right on - .RJ - 08-13-2007 So what kinda route you want to ride down? Do the cruiser guys (Seabass and neighbor) want to just head down 29? Seems boooooring... going down skyline/blue ridge parkway would be fun, but take a while. - MadFrog - 08-14-2007 since when am I a cruiser guy, bitch? ![]() the more scenicerer, the betterer, and the cruiser neighbor agrees. you can be in charge of the route planning then, have Pilot Power, will travel. - .RJ - 08-14-2007 MadFrog Wrote:since when am I a cruiser guy, bitch? 500 lb couch I'll look at the map today... do y'all want to leave super early?
- MadFrog - 08-14-2007 I can leave as early as you want. I seriously doubt that you can get up any earlier than I usually do. We can leave when the sun comes up. Do you know what time the festivities start at the track? - .RJ - 08-14-2007 I'm usually up at 6:30, so leaving around then or earlier is fine with me. http://www.virclub.com/vir/downloads/AMAschedule.pdf On track action starts at 8:30 - MadFrog - 08-14-2007 why don't you come up with a route, and an estimated time to VIR, and we'll figure out what time we want to leave from there... |
