wow i just saw the z06 dyno laid over the modifed 2.8L STi dyno and wow - that's really odd how similar they are
good luck with the sale. i'm not sure how hard it is to sell a machine like this, but i hope it sells quickly!

The car is still for sale, and I'm accepting offers guys. I just put down a lot hold on a home down in Charlotte and I don't need this car as another monthly expense.
Travis still has first dibs right now if he can make a move soon, but I want this car out of my parking space ideally by the end of this month, by the end of August at the latest.
If any of you guys are serious about owning a car like this, I'll entertain MM offers more seriously than others. I'm fine with taking an investment loss on this car because it was always just a toy to play around with, and the equity I stand to make on the home makes the STi pale in comparison. Lowball away, you won't hurt my feelings and I might take it if the car is gone within the next few weeks.

I think that's the plan eventually. I'm completely in love with the area and I have some really good friends down there. The house won't be completed until November / December if I wrote a contract this month, so I have plenty of time to work out the details. My company works down there too, so a transfer is possible.

Possibly! I've got a first floor owner's suite with a loft upstairs overlooking a 2 story family room. There are two bedrooms off of the loft with walk in closets.

i love Charlotte, personally. there's alot of cool stuff that is close by and it's growing pretty rapidly. plus, cheap real estate!
i always drive through on 77 when we visit family in Roanoke. next time we head up there i'll let you know in case you need me to look at anything for you.
