yea i just went tuesday.

The car deals were phenomenal but the bikes were lacking. Some good deals but it was mostly a bunch of totaled bikes that went for cheap.


I almost picked up an 88 Ford F-250 for $100 but I didnt have my tow car with me so I suck.

I'm still gonna try to go to the auction next next tuesday but I'm not sure its still a very good source for starter bikes. Most of them needed too much work.

01 gsxr 1000 for $2600.. way too much i think but the KBB is still pretty high- it needed a rear subframe- $100 off ebay

Do you guys still do this? I'll be in the market for a cheap bike in the near future, still have to take the MSF course (registered in sept), but i was interested in the following:

Kawasaki ninja 250r / 500r
Suzuki gs500e
Buell blast
or almost any other learner sport bike

kinda wanted a cbr, but i'd feel that'd be a little much for my first bike.

I'm trying not to spend more than $1500, can't see that happening though.

its damn well worth going for the great deals on cars. the car prices are unreal.

it sucks the last couple times i went the bikes have all been fucked. all the bikes wrecked really bad and they were only use as parts. i think im gonna give up on taking a day off of work going to DC for bikes.
