It checked all the boxes I wanted it to check.
It is by no means a fun sports car. But when you only drive 25 miles on a typical day in which none of those miles are fun or entertaining, having a fun DD is useless.
It fit my budget, is reliable, gets good mpg, and has some cool tech.
2010 Prius IV, 76k, with leather, nav, solar roof, sunroof, remote a/c. Got an amazing deal from Reynolds GMC, cause hybrids dont sell well in Orange county.
The other contender was a TDi wagon, but I couldn't find one with the mileage and price I had in mind, plus the HPFP issues realy scared me with my cu%ent streak of car luck.
A cool toy is in my future, just not needed at this point and time In my life.

I drove it this weekend, I would blow my brains out driving it everyday. That said, if I was trying to eek out every little bit of $ I could, it's not a terrible choice for safety/good gas mileage/reliability.
