Most of us are staying at the track this weekend, and I know Maeng is crashing with us on Friday night, unfortunately, the trackside rooms suck size-wise. If some alumni want to throw some money in together to get the kids a place to crash I might be able to do that. I don't want people not coming to the track because there was no room at the inn for them.

I know for sure Brad Fisher will be there Saturday- cannot drive any students however
Zach Gordon is lookin for a ride anytime Friday afternoon after 2:15 and Brice B (Green maro) might be able to come Friday as well- looking like 2-3 will be there.

Brad F. will be driving down Saturday morning but not from H'burg and leaving Saturday night- might have (if possible) Brice or any others who need to get back (because of work on Sunday) Saturday night to potentially (if possible) drive back with him.
Hotel room situation/ place to crash - at least or 4 mm members will need a place to crash Friday night- Saturday night will probably be the same if not, minus 1-2

Shouldn't be a problem. But just a heads up, we stay until after the last race on Sunday afternoon, and we don't go back to Danville except for the possibility of food. We stay at the track, so someone would need to find them a ride back to the hotel in town. But otherwise, yes, we'd be happy to.

How many people need a place to crash? I didn't think anyone else was going to be at Best Western which is why I was going to try to crash in one of the worker rooms on Fri night. If there are more people that need a room, I'll keep my reservation for both nights though.

I'm planning to arrive on track around 8:30 or 9:00 Saturday morning. My wife's grandparents live in Lovingston (sleepy little town along 29) that shaves ~45 minutes off the trip down from Hburg. We were planning to stay there Friday night and leave early Saturday morning to complete the trip. However, if there are some students that need a ride down I'll wake up another hour earlier and leave from Hburg. 3 seats in the back, but you only want 2 filled for a trip this long. After the hyperdrive, we're going straight north to Roanoke and spending the night there with my in-laws.
tl;dr - I can take 2 students down Saturday morning, but they need another way to get back to Hburg.

There is room in the trailer to crash, but I know JMU students now are "too good" to sleep in the trailer
3 nights of hard hard work and engine is in/running/suspension in/steering rack/swapped springs/body panels on. And maybe a quick jot down wiehle avenue in the race car to make sure everything worked properly :twisted:
