I was thinking of picking up a grill -- but if Justin is coming I'll hold off till the next time where he won't be there.
And Maeng - yup I'll be driving, as well as a buddy is driving my car in DE1. Is Jen coming down? I'm sure cramming 3 in a room wont be bad if you want to split, but I think 4 people might be too much. Not like the old days (ie. someone sleeping in the tub).

99% sure I can get the car together so I will be bringing the trailer with about 3 space heaters (and if someone has another bring it!). Ill bring 2 canopies as well and all the chairs I can stuff in the trailer (have like 6). Cant promise the trailer will be 80~degrees, but it will at least be a lot warmer than outside.

I cannot bring the grill, I am catching a ride down and Casey cannot load the hitch rack on to her car by herself.
I can bring it to turducken and it can go in DJs trailer? But we need some people to actually bring food.

Update- Laura C e-mailed me back and is willing to provide MM with a room for its current members- I am planning on bringing 8 or so or more of the members and we will probably use the hotel room- WOO!!

Jenn is a game time decision but I got a room with 2 double beds. Let me know if you and your buddy wanna split a room.
Also, if someone brings a grill, I will definitely pitch in for food.

That's awesome news! I'm hoping I don't get scheduled all weekend. I'm probably going to end up coming one day spending the night and then leaving in the morning.

Looks like we have one room for Saturday night at the hotel- MMers from campus will most likely rally up early AM like we did with Turducken and plan to get there before noon on Saturday (11ish), crash Saturday night and stay till noon or so on Sunday.
We can get that figured out soon but I'm happy we at least will have a place to crash

For hyperdrives I don't believe you need to buy a NASA membership as well - he should be fine, tell him to sign up.

Correct. For hyperdrives you don't need to be a member. Just have to register and pay $50.
