Thayer sent me this a while ago and i forgot to post it here. he found it in his attic and was a total gentlesir to ship it all the way back to me. so i present you, the official MM steak brand.

serious MM vintage stuff. i welded this (was either my first or second time using a stick welder) together in the art studio on Grace St. during the wee hours, i'm 98.4% sure i wasn't supposed to be using school material for this but nO ragrEtz. gonna take a guess and say this is a 2005 unit here.

Jake (can we @ people? @Jake) started it a few years back with Longmire I think, but Jake can probably best fill you in on the actual history of it. It's a very cool project, long overdue.

Hey so yeah, Out Motorsports is my biz. A friend and I came up with the idea back in 2017 after we realized we weren't the only LGBT people attending track weekends, autocrosses, other car events - but we were part of a very, very, very small portion who were fully open about our identity. There's a perception, however valid, that if you're going to be a "car person" or "racecar driver" that you can't show up as your true self. When do you see pro drivers come out? After they retire, so they don't lose sponsorships. That's lousy.
Anyway, we're doing this thing to show others that they can be car people and be who they are. We've got people racing, autocrossing, off-roading, running the Gambler 500, riding motorcycles, etc. We want everyone who's a part of this to share their stories of what they're doing.
Seeing others like you doing things you want to do means you'll be inspired to do those things as your authentic self.
TLDR: Come as you are, do car stuff, subscribe to our YouTube and follow us on social.
