Yeah, well there was no way I was going to find the options I got in my budget for a lot longer if I didn't go for this and get the price down to where I did.. there were a combination of factors to where I was able to get this in the high end of my budget.

You were the one who told me the keys were in it.... Don't worry, I was kind and respectful, not my car and you weren't with me, but yes there is something special about a E46 M3. I haven't driven one in several years and now I'm patiently searching for a drop top myself
