Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - JustinG - 02-17-2011  DO LIKE! Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - WRXtranceformed - 02-17-2011 So many haters Any semblance of cankleage is purely camera angle related. That girl got knocked up after we broke up (thank God it wasn't from my soldiers) and she still looks that good after having one kid. Im going to question any dude's man card status if that girl does nothing for you though.![]() Carry on with the white bike sexiness! My attention whoring needs have been satisfied for this week~! Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - Apoc - 02-17-2011 Much better. She went from a 1 to a 1. As a side note, this bike legitimately scares me. Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - Mike - 02-17-2011 learn me on it... like 115hp, right? that's not that much, but coming from an sv... yeah... mad torks? Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - WRXtranceformed - 02-17-2011 I told my buddy about your bike last night at the bar. He wanted to know how much you paid for it haha. He used to race Ducatis professionally. That opened up a slew of drunken stories about when he was younger and would take his race bike on the freeway between Charlotte and Atlanta...every day sounded like a police pursuit basically. SV: 73 hp / 47 ft-lb 848: 134 hp / 71 ft-lb Weight/Power SV: 5.9 VFR: 4.5 848: 3.1 The SV is fastest thing I've been on for any length of time, so the 848 is a HUGE step up. I tried to redline it this morning in 2nd gear, but got skurred at 75. Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - .RJ - 02-17-2011 Redline it in 6th. Straight down the centerline. Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - Mike - 02-17-2011 134? jfc. ok, that's fast. shit, the vfr was more than enough with 100ish. and it weighed a nice bit more. i can see redline in any gear being retarded. Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - WRXtranceformed - 02-17-2011 Dang I didn't realize that bike had that much power. That is awesome! Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - HAULN-SS - 02-17-2011 So, not to be hating or anything, but I assume 848 is displacement? I guess I would have thought it would've had more HP.. I think 134 is also what my gsxr(750) has, with something like 82 torque, and it's 12 years old Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - G.Irish - 02-17-2011 Apoc Wrote:As a side note, this bike legitimately scares me.If you haven't already, one thing that helps a lot is to lift your vision. Then the scenery blasting won't be as overwhelming to the brain. Also get your crouch on so that you don't feel like you're getting pulled off the bike (unless you're trying to do a wheelie). Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - Steve85 - 02-17-2011 Italian hp > japanese hp Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - G.Irish - 02-17-2011 HAULN-SS Wrote:So, not to be hating or anything, but I assume 848 is displacement? That is why 1200 cc Ducatis race against 1000 cc inline fours in WSBK. Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - Mike - 02-17-2011 italian panty dropping > 12-year-old crapanese panty dropping. then again, he's married. so i don't quite get it
Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - HAULN-SS - 02-17-2011 Oh gotcha - didnt realize it was a v twin. I really like the looks of those, but I have never looked up specs or studied them much Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - Apoc - 02-17-2011 I have to consistently grasp at new reasons to convince my wife to sleep with me. I have a mirror, I wouldn't sleep with me... (if you're reading this dear, i love you!) (ironic) Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - Apoc - 02-17-2011 I had a bunch of things to write... ...including thanking the guy in the E30 who pulled over to let me be first at the light on Route 7... ...and how crazy redline in 1st gear is... ...and how crazy redline in 2nd gear is... ...and how I'm too much of a pussay to redline 3rd... ...and how the bike felt most natural ~75 mph... ...but now all I can do is laugh at the gas light turning on only when I tried to restart it at 60 mph. It was like the damn thing said to me, "Oh, don't you know I'm not running 'cause I'm out of gas?" This might have something to do with it....
Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - Mike - 02-17-2011 sounds like my first time. Re: Not Stone, Watson or Frost... - Maengelito - 02-21-2011 Mike Wrote:sounds like my first time. what was his name? |
