I just booked a hotel room at the Shoney's Inn in Winchester. If anyone needs a room and wants to chip in a little, let me know. I'll be there with my brother and we have 2 double beds, non smoking.

good question... maybe by 8pm? I really don't know when I'll leave work and have the car loaded up. They usually let you check in for someone else there... you might just have to leave a credit card on file and we can switch it when I get in.
does anyone know what time the gates close at Summit for trailer drop offs?

I'm gonna be at Summit mid afternoon because I'm getting a wheel bearing changed at RP performance. I'm not sure how long that'll take but hopefully it'll be done well before 8pm. Boobies, do you have a room already reserved and if so, do you want me to check in?

I'm not sure. Looks like I'll be the first one there though so I'll try to secure as much space as possible. I'll see if I snag a bunch of space along the fence next to grid, but if not, I'll probably try to spread stuff out somewhere in the grassy area.

any officers gonna be at this event? I think I owe dues and I'd also like to pick up some stickers and maybe some more gear. Like another camo hat with blaze orange on it... Maybe some shirts or something if they're available.

I should be there Saturday for a few hours to spectate. Jake and I and hopefully others are planning on doing a drive up there. I will bring the stickers with me, and I'll do my best to get some shirts from Peter, our Treasurer. So post up here what size shirt you want and I'll try to get it to you. Sorry, but we don't have special-order items like hats and such to give out!
