hey, i'm serious (RJ, vouch for me) last time i was at RA with RJ he was nice enough to take me for a spin during a session. we were staged up in the pits and look over to the straight....and some guy in an explorer is not only rolling some fool in an SRT-4, but he outbrakes him into T1 and walks away up the hill into T2. it was actually frightening and to this day i'm still awestruck.

now i may not go on track with it but it IS tailgate-able!

oh, and rock on for getting Linds on track even more. She's cool.

so far it has been a 3 year rotation for VIR. 2 years nice weather then 1 year shitty weather.

but its still feburary. "nice weather" means you only freeze 1 of your nuts off.

The average high that time of year is 50┬░ so it's not that bad. I love racing in February but I have a bit more "natural insulation" than most.

ÔÇ£NASA Mid-Atlantic is pleased to announce that in addition to the already popular February three hour enduro and July events, a third MEGA EVENT at Virginia International Raceway-Full Course has been added to the 2007 schedule. March 30- April 1, 2007 will see a Level II Instructor Clinic, SuperComp School, Open Practice, Test/ Tune, Time Trial, HPDE and Sprint Races on the full course while US Drift and NASA Mid-Atlantic Autocross will decend upon the Patriot course. And for the first time in NASA Mid-Atlantic history a Rallycross will be offered. Evening activities will include the ever popular Apex Performance and REJEX Saturday Awards party and Karting Enduros on Friday and Saturday nights.
