I paid like 40 bucks for my 98, and got a bunch of shit with it. How much cheaper could a rental possibly be?

Ahhaaha.... awesome. I honestly can't offer an online dealer I'd recommend since I got most of my gear from Drew. I know if you buy from Pev's they'll do free limetime maintenance but I'm not sure how competitive their pricing is.

edit: here's a "complete" package for $100

Go into Dick's and they've got nice tippy 98 customs for a decent price.

Maeng you're being retarded.

- Sijray21 - 11-07-2006

paintball is soo much fun for people who haven't gone. if you really can't take a little pinch every now and then i wouldn't recommend it, but holy crap is it fun.

it gets a little expensive if you really get into it, but man what a fun hobby it must be (i've only been once and i'd love to go again).

- Evan - 11-07-2006

yeah ive only been once and boy did I suck!

(there is a freebie for ya maeng, have fun!)

- Apoc - 11-07-2006

It's physical activity that I enjoy (a lot) so that must say something.

$100 and $150 are far off from $40.

Well, I paid 40 dollars for mine because I had more than a week to shop for one. If you wanted a solid, rugged, low maintenance, fairly accurate and all around solid entry level marker, 150 bucks will buy you a new one, tank, and mask from Dicks.

If you want one for forty, may I suggest:

When you consider that it includes tank, mask, barrel plug and hopper/elbow... not really. For the price of two rentals you have enough gear to never rent again. I mean, honestly, you waste(d) more than on video games you play for 3 days.

- Evan - 11-10-2006

any of these in the $100 range that dont suck?

the viewloader maxis marker package and the kingman spyder xtra super kit both look decent to my n00b eyes

- Kaan - 11-10-2006

well considering all stock barrels suck... Wink just buy a 98 custom and do the home made mods to it with an after market barrel and run around and have fun for $200
