the ARs have a really classy musclecar look so they would look pretty cool.
however, I think you should be able to get a set of IROC wheels for dirt cheap, then chrome them.
both will look good though. Dammit, I can never make decisions like this....so I always let my wallet decide 8)

American Racing Torque Thrust II's

i like the muscle car look. i belive iroc wheels belong on an iroc. i hate seeing a car with another cars rims on them.

did the AR wheels (look like old school kragers sp*) come on chevys??? cause i thought that style wheel was a ford style wheel. i like both either way. Just dont want you to get in trouble with the chevy guys for puttin a ford style wheel on your chevy.

I dont know if they were ever associated with any other vehicle, I dont think so. Some of the bullitt style wheels on mustangs sort of look like them though

Think I found a new favorite..these are more expensive than the TT II's. Any thoughts on these in 17 x 8

def. a beefy looking wheel. i think it fits the look of your car better.

- Mike - 12-14-2005

love it.

- JustinG - 12-15-2005

i like those alot better than the TT IIs

- HAULN-SS - 12-15-2005

Those it is then...everyone ive asked likes them, and I think they'll give my car a good stance. I'll probably go with 17" to keep the rotating mass down, and keep enough rubber for a decent ride..and also, that C5 suspension setup i'm looking at is ideal for 17" wheels supposedly.

When are you going to make the purchase?
