^maybe for flooring that works better but the one I linked works way better on carpet. Sticks right to it and no tape involved.

Thanks guys, seems like moving companies may be the way to go. Jess runs a tight ship up here for "extra crap" so there isn't much anymore after 2 years of her living here (although she disagrees :lol: ).
The garage/tire room is going to be uh a nightmare.

Where are you guys thinking around Lake Norman? My cousins have a house over by the State Park, and I have done a couple rides in that area - some sweet trails!

North Mooresville, so not far from that State Park at all. Good to hear there are good trails there.

You mentioned the Garage and tire room being a hassle. Seems like a great opportunity to upgrade and/or get new stuff. Used tools sell for pretty good prices and you can just buy what you REALLY wanted when you get down there. I'm assuming the lift is staying with this house, or do you have something planned for down there?

Probably not too many tools I will sell. Things I know will be for sale is the lift, our living room couches, our master bedroom set, and a workbench type thing. I'll post it all as we get closer and I realize what I want to keep and sell.
Right now the lot and home plan we put a deposit on has a 3 car and 12 foot ceilings so I'll be getting a larger lift.
