These days you can find a 10 mg dose for $2.50, depending on the type of product. I love beer, but I've moved farther and farther away from it as the cost of edibles has dropped to less than the cost of one or two beers. I still drink it, but it's far more ritualistic than anything. If you can avoid the munchies, weed is far less calories. Also, the beer scene in Seattle is pretty lame for someone who cannot stand hops. Why does a lager need hops??? The exploding beer market... not that I ever wanted to keep up but its not possible if you wanted to. For the few beers a week I drink, the local owned beer & wine place across the street always has something interesting to try. Heady Topper is fuckin' overrated, too. So is Pappy. Re: MMBEX: MM Beer Exchange? - Sully - 04-29-2017 I'm not sure where else to ask this but I know many of you guys do database stuff and love making Google doc lists (especially Joey) but the finance and I have been trying a bunch of different wines lately, in part because we need to pick one for the wedding but also for fun. I was wondering if anyone had a list or database template or something that they use for beer or wine with categories and stuff setup and a simple fill in or drop down selection for options. I mean I could just write down the name and style and like or dislike but just wondering if anyone has taken it a step further or is that just something I think about Sent from my VK810 4G using Tapatalk Re: MMBEX: MM Beer Exchange? - Gordonovski - 04-30-2017 Ken Wrote:I still have my Heady Topper sitting in my fridge from when my buddies made a VT run, saving it for some unknown reason. Interested in this idea for sure, if nothing else to learn some other brews to try. I swear if you haven't drank that heady by now I'm gonna shit myself. drink it fresh, yo! also: ft: shitload of resolute, iso: cantillion or wicked weed black angel Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Re: MMBEX: MM Beer Exchange? - JPolen01 - 05-01-2017 Anyone had any Montauk Beers out of Long Island? Had a bunch this weekend at a bachelor party. Not bad. They had a good sessions ale and also tried a watermelon summer beer. Too much jolly rancher flavor for me. Also a metric fuck ton of coors lights was consumed. Re: MMBEX: MM Beer Exchange? - Ken - 05-01-2017 JPolen01 Wrote:Anyone had any Montauk Beers out of Long Island? I fucking hated the one i had, think it was the Summer Ale and stayed the hell away since for some reason (not like they would all be crap.) Keep a look out for the session though. Did go to Oyster Bay brewery this weekend which had a pretty good Saison and IPA. So many breweries out here i had no idea about. Not sure if they distribute that far out, but Great South Bay Brewery also has a fantastic cream ale. I keep hearing different things on it though in regards to whether it will age or to just drink it as fresh as possible. Re: MMBEX: MM Beer Exchange? - JPolen01 - 05-01-2017 To be clear - I did not like the watermelon summer whatever it was. Way to sweet and weird jolly rancher aftertaste. |
