Re: BRR-SCCA College Challenge Auto-X: Oct. 20th @ Verona - rherold9 - 09-29-2013 I'll probably be spinning my car around a few cones there. Just need to register. Re: BRR-SCCA College Challenge Auto-X: Oct. 20th @ Verona - DLingenfelter - 10-02-2013 Rules are like this: Each school needs 4 drivers to qualify. Each school's top 4 driver's pax scores get added together at the end to tally up their school score. Lowest score wins the epic trophy. The catch? At the end of the event we're printing off the final running order from first to last by pax score. A rep/pres from each club will come up and be able to identify their drivers as we read off the list from first to last and we'll do the scoring like that. So....KNOW YOUR DRIVERS!! Go out there, shake hands and know who's on your team. Trophy for the Fastest College as well as individual class trophies will be given out at the end of the event when everything's cleaned up. (Plan your homework accordingly). As for the speculation on who's going to win...the only thing certain is that the team that doesn't show will lose. SO COME ON OUT!! Saw my name on the list, but wanted to let you know I'm B-Stock. *EDIT*: Thanks for updating. Adam Flint has been running in ASP with his STi. Re: BRR-SCCA College Challenge Auto-X: Oct. 20th @ Verona - JustinG - 10-03-2013 What's the forester classed in? Fucking scca classing makes my head explode. Springs, struts, catback, intake, and access port. My assumption is street mod because I changed to an aftermarket cd player. If you increase boost, it bumps into a street prepared class Re: BRR-SCCA College Challenge Auto-X: Oct. 20th @ Verona - carrotsnax - 10-04-2013 Hey Jake! I think Abbey sent me your way. I would be interested in doing this event and driving a members Focus St as it was explained at our last meeting. lol I am just trying to find the proper channels to get this through in the event I can do it. You current officers getting the word out? Also, people are asking about shirts here and there. We at the BRR are doing the scoring and trophy but not the shirts. (I'll sell you some 2013 Commonwealth Games Tshirts though...). Not a lot of people are asking so I don't think it will ruin the event by any means if you're not printing them but it would be good to have a definite answer from the current officers about it. Re: BRR-SCCA College Challenge Auto-X: Oct. 20th @ Verona - ispoonwithmugen - 10-13-2013 Yep! I'm a little disappointed in some of the other clubs president's communication (or lack there of). We do have shirts available for 15 doll hairs, same as last year with some minor changes. Re: BRR-SCCA College Challenge Auto-X: Oct. 20th @ Verona - DLingenfelter - 10-14-2013 That sucks about the other clubs but no badass trophy for them then. Got any contact info for the shirts that I can forward others to or are you going to be selling them the day of? Re: BRR-SCCA College Challenge Auto-X: Oct. 20th @ Verona - JustinG - 10-14-2013 Registered....attendance is looking pretty low. What's the deal. Props off to Jake for the inspirational email though  I would join him in offering up a current student a seat to co-drive the STi but I already have a friend doing that. If he backs out I would be more than willing to have a current student take the seat. Re: BRR-SCCA College Challenge Auto-X: Oct. 20th @ Verona - Jewels - 10-14-2013 Yeah, thanks Jake for taking this one on.

Not a problem at all I just fail to see how literally EVERYONE can claim to be so excited about coming to the track, autocrossing, meeting people, drinking free beer and eating free food, and then they all back out. WTF.Also, people, sign up already. Jeez. |
