Yeah your not towing something so whats the point of a V8, that sounds like a lot better gas mileage than the XJ tho!

My denali gets 17-18 on the highway, a dismal 15-16 around town. Sad

15-16 does suck, but that's def. better than a lot of the 6.0L driving around out there.

that's a nice truck. i worked with a lawncare guy who towed his metal flatbed trailer and huge X-mark 30hp mower/gear behind his longbed 4.3 silverado 2WD for a number of years. that truck never complained.

The guy who had it before me said he'd towed as much as 4000lbs with it and it did great.
