I thought they stopped a few years ago. Audi stopped with the B8. Volvo still has the wagons. And sure as fuck no american manufacturers are selling one.

Have you seen the new commercial for the 2017 Chevy Cruze hatchback? It's clearly trying to convince America it's like an SUV, but better. I think one of the actors/consumers in the commercial actually says something like, "it's like an SUV, only... [something I can't remember]".
